payment

  • all holiday, special, and monthly service plans must be paid for up front.
  • payment for all "a la carte" services due upon completion of service.
  • all additional service charges incurred will be due at the time of initial service request.
 

 


 

hours of operation

  • holiday service hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM, Monday - Saturday.
  • regular service hours are: 10:00AM-4:00PM, Monday-Friday.
  • service needed outside of normal service hours will be assessed a $50 after hours fee.
  • we are also available for weekend events, just give us a call we will be happy to help you.


 


 

conditions 

  • services are billed by the 1/2 hour, not the task.
  • all rates include time starting from client's home of office and the first 10 miles of travel.
  • rates reflect charges for services rendered by madivents and do not include charges for outside vendor services or merchandise.
  • services scheduled with less than 24 hours notice may be scheduled with an additional  fee:
    • "immediate service" (less than four hours notice) an additional $10 will apply
    • "emergency service" (less than two hours notice) and additional fee of $20 will apply.
  • we accept cash, checks, and credit card payments on-line through pay pal.
  • checks should be made payable to: madivents ltd. There will be a $50 fee for any returned check.
  • we reserve the right to refuse any business we feel unsafe and unsuitable for our staff.
