here's how we work:

- fill out the
new client form
- call us directly, 800.785.8498, to have someone fill-out a new client form for you
- as soon as we receive your form, we call to confirm the services you need, we provide an estimate
on the cost for your service. (event management and strategic planning services require 48 hours for cost estimates)
- once your account is established, you can request service via phone, fax and/or email.
- your request is fulfilled by a madivents associate
- payment for service (event management and strategic planning services require a retainer/deposit) is due upon completion of service, and can be paid by cash, check, charge, as well as all major credit cards via Pay Pal.
